Responsibilities:
As a Tech Lead Developer at Agile Dream Team, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing a team of talented software developers. You will also actively contribute to the technical aspects of our projects. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical guidance and direction to the development team.
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Hands-on coding and development to support the team and set an example.
Ensuring the team follows best practices in software development, code quality, and documentation.
Leading code reviews and offering constructive feedback to improve the team's skills and codebase.
Identifying and resolving technical challenges and roadblocks to keep the project on track.
Continuously improving the team's technical skills and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Taking ownership of project timelines and ensuring the team meets project milestones and deadlines.
Promoting a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum 6 years of experience: You should have at least 6 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong understanding of various programming languages and development frameworks.
Fluency in English: Excellent communication skills in English are essential as we work with international clients and team members.
Leadership Skills: Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.
Technical Proficiency: A solid foundation in programming languages, software development tools, system architecture, and database knowledge.
