Position Title: Lead Cybersecurity Engineer & Web Developer

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 5+ Years

Salary Range: $800 - $1000 (Negotiable for highly experienced candidates)

Work Schedule:
Time Range: Between 7 AM – 7 PM CST
Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)
Days Off: TBD (2 days per week)

Job Overview:
Join our team as a Lead Cybersecurity Engineer & Web Developer, leading security initiatives while developing cutting-edge web applications. This remote position combines cybersecurity expertise with full-stack development skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and incident response.
- Perform digital forensics investigations and blue team operations.
- Develop secure web applications using Next.js, Django, and Python.
- Lead client-facing meetings and technical presentations.
- Mentor development teams and coordinate security projects.

Required Skills:
- Cybersecurity: Penetration testing, blue team operations, digital forensics, incident response, security frameworks (NIST, CIS Controls)
- Web Development: Next.js, React, Django, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud platforms (Azure), API development
- Leadership: Team management, client communication, project coordination, technical mentoring

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in modern web technologies (Next.js, Django, Python).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Pentesting, forensics, and security operations.
- Security certifications preferred (CISSP, CEH, OSCP).
- Bilingual capabilities (English/Spanish) needed.

- At least 4GB RAM for multitasking requirements
- Workstation free from any Noise and Distractions
- Backup Internet Connection
- USB Headset with Noise Cancelling
- Backup for Power Outage: Generator/UPS or Alternative Location
