Descripción de la Plaza

Advantage travel require a Receptive Tourism Sales Manager  to join our sales team with strong knowledge of the tourims industry in the national and foreign markets.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:
Promote the Amazon, Galapagos, Coast and Highlands (4 Ecuadorian regions) as a destination among the network of travel agents.
Manage sales by building B2B relationships and generate new opportunities for the company.
Build and maintain a sales team to successfully execute the sales plan using effective sales techniques.
Assist management to formulate appropriate sales strategies.
Build and maintain long term relationships with new accounts, existing travel agents and direct customers.
Achieve annual sales targets as agreed and set by the management.
Identify tourist needs and assist marketing team to prepare proposals.
Provide feedback and after sales support.
Provide post sales follow-up plan.
Submit weekly progress reports to the management.
Support conferences, meetings and industry events.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Business Degree / Master Degree (preferred) in Sales and Marketing.
English: Advance level (B2 minimum)
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in tourism industry 
Excellent Interpersonal skill with leadership qualities
Willing to travel Team building skills
Outstanding written and oral communication skills (bilingual)
The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Excellent time management and organizational skills

REMUNERATION: According to the experience & credentials.

POSITION BASED IN: Quito
